In 2007, Robben Development Company engaged Centennial to manage their portfolio of communities under development, which include single family, town homes, cottages and condominiums.

Steeplechase Homse Association joined Centennial in August, 2006.  Steeplechase is a 270-unit community association located in Overland Park, Kansas.

The Clear Creek Communities, The Meadow, The Forest and The Clearing became Centennial association management customers in July, 2006.
