Administrative Overview

Centennial Management's approach to adminstration is to provide effective advice and action resulting from experience, reason and consistency.  The varied backgrounds of our team and our constant coordination of efforts enable us to proactively ensure consistent application of the association's rules and regulations.

Administrative Services

  • Development of rules and regulations
    • Existing rules and regulations can be modified or re-organized taking into consideration the association’s covenants, declarations and bylaws. New rules and regulations can be created, while ensuring consistency with existing covenants, declarations and bylaws.
  • Enforcement of rules and regulations
    • Assist the Board to ensure compliance with current rules and regulations. Prepare correspondence to rules violators and monitor until resolution.
  • Newsletter preparation
    • Assemble and design association newsletters. Newsletters provide a sense of community and ensures residents are informed on important issues and upcoming events.
  • Directory preparation
    • Maintain current list of residents and non-resident owners. Assemble and mail the association directory as requested by the Board. Directories can be designed to include important phone numbers, rules and regulations, and other pertinent information.
  • Clubhouse rental coordination
    • Maintain computerized calendar of clubhouse rentals. Prepare and collect rental agreements and rental deposits and fees, if appropriate. Refund clubhouse deposit after ensuring clubhouse is clean and not damaged.
  • Design and administer association website
    • Association websites can be designed and administered. Features may include association facts and history, calendar of events, rules and regulations, covenants, bylaws, declarations, maps, secure financial information, etc.
  • Meeting attendance
    • A Centennial representative is available to attend association and Board meetings. Involvement will vary depending on the Board’s expectations.
