Centennial receives all maintenance calls, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Our computerized internal work order system allows us to report, at any point in time, the status of all maintenance functions to the board.

Dealing with unresponsive, unprofessional and incompetent contractors is a common, time-consuming, frustrating experience for association boards.  Our contractor list has been developed and constantly improved over many years.  Our contractors are responsive and provide quality work at reasonable prices.
