Chris acquired Centennial Management in 1994.  He has over 25 years' experience in property management, real estate and finance.  Prior to purchasing Centennial, Chris' business experience included working for over 10 years as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick and a regional bank consulting firm.  He is a licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University.  He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a CPM candidate.  As President, he oversees all daily company operations.
